Sheet metal processing

Adapting to emerging market needs in recent years we have developed a lot in the field of sheet metal processing. Nowdays this is our most significant technology line. We are currently working with a Trumpf Trumatic 3030 laser cutter. It is able to cut steel sheets up to 20 mm thick.

We also try to prepare for all challenges in sheet metal bending, so in 2021 we put into operation a Karmet 1630 machine with a servo motor, which significantly speeded up the production of smaller products and made it more economical compared to our LVD machine that can bend 4 meters long. At the same time the LVD machine is essential for the production of larger engine housings, casings and covering elements.

Our latest equipment is a Prima Maxi 450 type PEM press, which has now become one of the basic accessories for instrument box production.
